developed by Pwnasaurus Games LLC (“we”, “us”). We also do business as
Pwnasaurus Games.

We use device and account identifiers to enforce the integrity of FtF save files. We
do not transfer device and account identifiers off your device when using them for
this purpose.
We use certain usage data to allow the game to function. We do not transfer such
usage data off your device when using them for this purpose.
We share all categories of automatically collected data with our advertising third
party service providers to provide you with personalized advertising (see section
5.1). Users in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom (EEA + UK):
We only do this with your consent which will be requested through an in-game
pop-up.
We share your User ID for Google Play Games Services (on Android) and Game
Center (on iOS), usage data, diagnostics information, and any scores you choose
to publish on the leaderboards with our other third party service providers to
provide you with leaderboards (see section 5.2).
We use data about you from third parties to manage our business and improve the game.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by selecting the “Opt out of Ads
Personalization” setting on Android (Settings → Google → Ads) or by revoking
permission for FtF to track you on iOS (Settings → Privacy → Tracking).
You can reset your advertising ID by selecting the “Reset advertising ID” option
on Android (Settings → Google → Ads). If you have Android 12 you can delete
your advertising ID in the same menu.
EEA + UK users: You can revoke your consent to share automatically collected
data with our advertising third party service providers 5.1 by pressing the “Reset
Consent” button in the in-game settings menu.
You can manage your Google Play Games Services data and privacy settings
using the Google Play Games app on Android. You can manage your Game
Center privacy settings on iOS (Settings → Game Center). You will be
signed-in to these services by default when playing the game, but they are
optional. You can avoid using them by signing out prior to starting the
game and/or declining the sign-in prompt, but you will not have access to
leaderboards.

You will not face discriminatory treatment by exercising any of your rights.
In order to protect our data, we may ask you to verify your identity if you contact us to exercise your rights.
We share your data with the following third party service providers. We are not responsible for the data privacy practices of these third parties. Make sure to review their privacy policies linked below before playing FtF. Note that they may use cookies and other web tracking technologies to collect data on you.

While playing FtF, you may be shown advertisements with links to third party websites. We are not responsible for the data privacy practices of these third parties. Make sure to read the privacy policy of any website you visit. Note that if you click or tap on these advertisements, the third party websites may use cookies and other web tracking technologies to collect data on you.
We will only retain your data for as long as is necessary to pursue our legitimate business interests, which in addition to those specified in section 3 also include complying with legal requirements, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date above. We reserve the right to
modify this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason by updating this
document. Please check back to this document periodically to stay up to
date on the latest Privacy Policy. We will notify you of any changes by
updating this document and by posting a notice in the game ahead of
time.
Your continued use of the game after any updates to this Privacy Policy implies your acknowledgment of and consent to the updated Privacy Policy.
FtF does not address children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 16 years of age. If you are under 16 years of age, do not play FtF. If you are under 16 years of age and you have played FtF or if your child or ward of less than 16 years of age has played FtF, contact us (see section 12) to have the minor’s data deleted.
We make efforts to ensure the security of your data. However, no form of electronic communication is completely secure.
We may also disclose your data if required by law or law enforcement, or if doing so is necessary to protect our rights or property or anyone’s safety.
